Chef Ed Bohme is a first-generation Brazilian immigrant whose culinary journey began not in a professional kitchen, but in the necessity of providing for himself in a new country. What started as survival became a calling — and then a business built entirely on the belief that food is the most direct language of human connection.

Ed moved to Utah County and found a community that valued the same things he did: authenticity, quality, and genuine care. He launched Savory Peaks Catering to bring restaurant-level cuisine to the moments that matter most — weddings, milestones, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of every kind.
